The Naked Lobster
A lobster becomes vulnerable when it sheds its shell to grow into a larger one. For a moment, there's no armour, no protection and in it's in that space, between shells, that a lobster is truly naked.
You may be in a similar place right now. You're between the person you've been and the person you're becoming. You're caught between a version of your life that no longer fits and one you're afraid to choose. And in that moment, you feel exposed. unarmoured and uncertain.
That's not weakness. That's exactly where growth happens and you don't have to be alone in it.
