Diagnostic Voyage (app.nakedlobsters.com) — a values and personal development diagnostic
Decision Compass App — a self-serve, AI-assisted decision-clarity tool (one-time payment)
Decision Compass Guided — a facilitator-led version of the same process, delivered online.
By using either product, you agree to these terms.

3. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use Decision Compass. By starting a session or booking Decision Compass Guided, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. Not Professional Advice
Our tools and services provide a structured thinking process to help you gain personal clarity.
They do not constitute and should not be treated as:
Professional coaching or therapy
Legal, financial, medical, or career advice
A substitute for professional support
The insights, outputs, and facilitation you receive through Decision Compass or Diagnostic Voyage, etc reflect your own responses and thinking. The clarity you arrive at is yours. The decisions you make are yours.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any mental health condition. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support before using our tools or services.
Naked Lobsters accepts no liability for decisions made as a result of using our tools or services.
5. Diagnostic Voyage — Free Tools
Diagnostic Voyage is provided free of charge. By using it you agree that:
You are using the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You will not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the tool logic, flow, or methodology.
Any data generated is personal to you and is not to be redistributed or republished.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw either tool at any time without notice.
6. Guided Compass Guided
Decision Compass Guided is a facilitator-led service delivered online by Caroline Grubb and/or Iain Saunders of Naked Lobsters.
Booking & Payment:
Payment is required in full at the time of booking
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your call at no charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't show, the session fee is forfeited — no exceptions. This isn't a penalty. It's what keeps the process moving instead of becoming one more thing to circle.
What We Deliver:
We commit to holding a skilled, safe, and well-prepared facilitated space. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, decision, or result. The work requires your honest participation.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where we believe the service is unsuitable, where a participant behaves abusively, or where continuing would be inappropriate. In such circumstances we may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.
7. One Session, One Locked Decision
Once you commit to a decision within a Decision Compass session, that session is locked: your brain dump, gains and costs, values, decision, and commitment become read-only. You cannot edit or restart a locked session.
Before locking, you can add further considerations to your decision justification, but this appends to your record rather than rewriting it.
After locking, you can still return to view your record at any time via your secure access link.
This reflects the way Decision Compass is designed to work: it captures where you landed at a specific moment, so it stays a genuine record you can return to, not a document you can quietly rewrite later.
8. Your Responses And Our Content
Your inputs: You retain ownership of the information and responses you provide through our tools. By submitting them, you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and deliver our services.
Our intellectual property: All content, methodology, frameworks, and tool logic across Diagnostic Voyage, and Decision Compass are the intellectual property of Naked Lobsters. This includes but is not limited to:
The NAKED Method — our proprietary values-based facilitation framework
The Decision Compass decision flow and interface
The Diagnostic Voyage quiz logic and profile outputs
The Decision Compass format and language
You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or commercialise any part of our methodology without written permission from Naked Lobsters.
9. Accessing Your Decision Compass Record
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at nakedlobsters.com/privacy. By using our tools or services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
Naked Lobsters is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of our tools or services
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to Diagnostic Voyage
Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights under the laws of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be published at nakedlobsters.com/terms. Continued use of our tools or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
