SESSION ONE
Setting Your Bearing — 90 minutes
Live 1:1 on Zoom with Caroline or Iain. We work through your decision from every angle — your options, your values, the real trade-offs — until your decision is clear and your first move is named out loud.

Your Compass Declaration v1 arrives by email after Session 1. Your own knowing captured at the moment you were clearest.

2 to 4 days later
SESSION two
Weighing Anchor — 60 to 90 minutes
Live 1:1 on Zoom. You return with a report. Either you took the action and we celebrate the ground beneath your feet. Or something got in the way and we surface precisely what it was. Either path leads somewhere real. The loop ends here.
