The Naked Lobster
A lobster becomes vulnerable when it molts/sheds its shell to grow into a larger one. For a time, there's no armour, no protection and in it's in that space, between shells, that a lobster is truly naked.
You maybe in a similar place right now. You're between the person you've been and the person you're becoming. You're caught between a version of your life that no longer fits and one you're afraid to choose. And in that moment, you feel exposed. unarmoured and uncertain.
